Warranty Policy
We guarantee that Breo-branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with Breo’s published guidelines. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If an issue arises with a Breo product, all quality-related defects on items sold directly by Breo are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
For quality-related warranty claims, defective items will be replaced with a factory-refurbished model of equal value when available. If a refurbished model is not available, a new item will be provided. In cases where a replacement is not available or preferred, Breo will offer a refund based on your preference.
The warranty for all replacement items follows the same warranty period as the original defective product.
Breo has learned that Unauthorized Products claiming to be sold by unauthorized resellers are currently being distributed. Unauthorized product means any product purchased or acquired, either directly or indirectly, from any party other than Breo's online store: Breoease.com.
Please note that Breo is not responsible for any malfunction or damage caused by products purchased outside of Breo’s authorized and official sales channels.
Breo is actively pursuing legal action to remove unauthorized products and resellers from the market. We strongly advise our customers to exercise caution when purchasing our products to avoid confusion between genuine Breo items and unauthorized products.
