Refund Policy

1-DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Our standard return policy is valid for 90 days. If 90 days have passed after receipt of the goods, we generally cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@breoease.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 135 MADISON AVE, 4TH FLOOR, NY, NY 10016.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3-RETURN

The following requirements must be met in order to receive a refund: 

- The items have not been used and do not show signs of use.

- The items are in their original condition and sealed.

- The support team has been contacted for the further steps of the return process.

- The items have been returned within 90 days of receipt.

4-EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5-CANCELLATION PERIOD

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped (2 business days). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

6-EXCHANGE

We will only replace items within 90 days if they are defective, damaged. Replacement items are not eligible for exchange or a claim.

7-SHIPPING COSTS & RETURN

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable.

8-GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customs duties and any applicable taxes must be paid by the buyers themselves. Our customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

You may consider a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.

9-REFUNDS

Refunds are issued based on the value of returned items only. Items not returned will not be eligible for a refund and will be excluded from the refund calculation.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
